pull the card
I like long walks and these walks really open my eyes to the beauty of what life should be. The best multivitamin for me are these long walks and I certainly get enough vitamin D on these walks to feel very good at the end of the day. The benefits of vitamins are obviously very important to ones health especially my health, but so is having great mental health and stability. I know that the...

The abs
Yes this is a health blog and I want to complain about my abs. These seem to be the hardest part of my body to get any results for. I mean I have been on a paleo diet and as far as loosing weight on the top of my person I have certainly done that but it looks like not that much is going on in my midsection as weight as weight loss is concerned. I think that the enviornment is and should be of the utmost importance, right up there with ending this stupid war and right up there with social security and healthcare along with public school issues. I think that all children should be...

The Christmas tree
It was a wonderful way to pass the time one of those still, quiet moments when you feel especially alive and close to nature and on the way back I plucked a souvenir from a maple tree it was an odd sort of leaf especially for a maple tree. Back home, I casually tossed the detritous on one branch of our wonderfully clolorful decorated tree. Now I know that everyone is looking for the top ten list...

Movies and things
I was watching the movie Easy Rider ther other day and boy are my arms tired, no I am kidding, I was watching the movie and the one thing that got to me was first of all, every one of my friends was telling me that I need to watch this movie. They were telling me that it was a very well done movie that explores the depths of the counter culture. And I don’t know what to say other than that...
